as a personal data controller, we hereby provide, in accordance with Article 12 (1) of the Regulation, the following information concerning the processing of personal data.

Granted pursuant to Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”).

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The purpose of processing your personal information is the reason why we process your personal data. We process your personal data solely for a specific reason, such as fulfillment of our statutory or contractual obligations or the enforcement of third party obligations, including you, or the exercise of rights against third parties including you. 

We only process your personal data for the following purposes:                       

(i) the fulfillment of the legal obligations our company has within the meaning of applicable laws;                      

(ii) the performance of the agreement we have concluded with you and the execution of the acts necessary for the conclusion of the contract and of the acts leading to the conclusion of the contract; these processing purposes also apply to the processing of personal data of persons with whom we are in contact represent or otherwise represent the person with whom we intend to conclude the contract or with whom we have already concluded the contract;                      

(iii) the protection of our property against fraudulent or other unlawful interference, the transfer of personal data in a group of enterprises to which the data controller belongs, for administrative purposes, law enforcement and protection of rights, or direct marketing that is legitimate interest in the promotion of our products and services.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the reason with which the Regulation combines our right as a data controller to process your personal data. Our company processes your personal data solely on the basis of the following legal grounds, such as a concluded contract or legal regulation, or any action that must be taken before the conclusion of the contract, or processing is necessary for our legitimate interests listed above. Based on other legal bases, we do not assume any processing, but we can not exclude them altogether, but we affirm that if we process based on other legal bases, we will do so only in accordance with the Regulation and other legal regulations. The personal data we process are in part data that you are required to provide under the contract, or data that are necessary for the performance of the contract or legal obligation, and without providing such data it would not be possible to conclude the agreement with you.

WHAT DATA WE PREPARE
Our company processes personal data of the following categories of persons: 
(i) employees;
(ii) organs or members of our bodies;
(iii) staff of state administration and self-government bodies;
(iv) suppliers, customers, partners and associates and their representatives;
(v) other persons only subject to special permission. 

We process the personal data of the above persons to the extent they were provided to us in the framework of the conclusion of a contract or in the negotiation of a contract or publicly available databases, as we only require such data and to the minimum extent that will allow us to effectively fulfill contractual obligations; legal obligations. Employee means a person working with us in accordance with the Labor Code.

MINIMIZING PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA 
Our company, guided by the principle of minimizing processed personal data, processes only the data it needs for the effective fulfillment of contractual and statutory obligations. In the case of the employees and the bodies of the company, these are in particular the following personal data: name and surname, date of birth, birth number, permanent address or other contact address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, etc.In the case of suppliers, partners and coworkers and their representatives, this is name, surname, telephone number and email, bank identification, identification number, tax identification number and more.For customers, this is only a name, surname, and email.In the case of employees of public authorities and self-government, only the name and surname and contact details in order to fulfill the legal obligations of our company that these employees handle.  

CATEGORY OF RECEIVERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA  
Personal data is processed by our staff, always exclusively by those who are in need of their personal data. 

This may be our employees or third parties that we use to perform our business. 

We provide your personal data to several categories of processors who carry out specialized activities for us, in particular fulfilling statutory duties. These categories include accountants, lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, IT specialists and other entities, but always processing your personal information to meet our contractual or statutory obligations, or to protect our interests.  

DATE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 
We process your personal data only for as long as necessary to meet the purpose of the processing and, at the same time, the legal and contractual obligations we have. We process personal data processed in connection with the contract or in connection with the fulfillment of a legal obligation for the duration of the contract or the fulfillment of a legal obligation and for the period required by law to archive your personal data and if the obligation to archive does not apply to your personal data, for a period of 3 years from the date of fulfillment of the purpose of the processing of personal data.     

THE REGULATION PROVIDES YOU THE IMPORTANT RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Regulation establishes the fundamental rights that you can influence the processing of your personal data, but always within the limits of the Regulation. One of these rights is the right to be informed about the facts, rights and information contained in this document. Other fundamental rights that we must point out to you are:

RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right to access your personal data we process about you, including information about the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data we process, the recipients of such personal data, the scheduled processing time, and our rights in relation to the processing of personal data.

RIGHT TO REMOVE
If you have given us permission to process personal data, you have the right to revoke it at any time. You can do so by emailing us at the contact email above or by mail to our headquarters or to our headquarters via the form available to us.

THE RIGHT OF REMEDY
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data. If the objection is legitimate, we will immediately terminate the processing of your personal information.

RIGHT TO REPAIR
You have the right to correct the inaccuracies of your personal data and to complete incomplete personal information.

LAW OF EXCLUSION
You have the right to request the termination of the processing (deletion) of your personal data and be forgotten. The right to terminate processing may be exercised if: 
(i) no longer exists,
(ii) the consent to the processing of personal data is revoked and there is no other legal reason for processing,
(iii) You object to the processing that is reasonable,
(iv) personal data are processed unlawfully,
(v) the deletion is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation; or(vi) personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services to a child under 16 years of age.

LAW ON LIMITED PROCESSING
You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data. The right to limit the processing can be applied if: 
(i) the personal data processed are inaccurate for the time necessary to verify the accuracy of personal data,
(ii) processing is unlawful, and you do not want to delete your personal data and instead request restrictions on its use,
(iii) we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you require them to identify, exercise or defend legal claims, or
(iv) You have objected to processing until it has been ascertained whether our legitimate reasons outweigh your legitimate reason.

DATA TRANSFERRENCE RIGHT
You have the right to the portability of your personal data processed on the basis of consent or performance of the contract. You have the right to obtain your personal data you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to pass this information to another Administrator, the right to have these data passed directly to us by the administrator of the other (yours), if technically feasible.

LAW TO SUBMIT THE COMPLAINT
You have the right to file a complaint about processing your personal data with us at the Personal Data Protection Office, based in Pplk.
